On projects involving electrical, plumbing or HVAC installation, this overlaps directly with civil defense and MEP compliance, since fire safety and electrical safety are closely linked.
Continuous Training Over One-Time Onboarding
Safety training should not be a one-time orientation. Ongoing refresher training, site-specific briefings for new phases of work, and clear reporting channels for hazards keep safety awareness active rather than treating it as a box to check at project start.
